Hi there, ive recently bought the seraphinite bracelet and wore it faithfully for the past 2 wks n to my surprisr just like what karenlyn says it promote weight loss, i was in doubt abt it but nw as i weigh myself is 63 instead of 65kg......wow....after wearing it i felt less hungry and stay away from munching too,think u shd make more of these n help ladies that want to loss weight.....will update u again...thanks:tongue wink

Thank you for sharing the possibilities of seraphinite. After wearing my seraphanite pendant for a week (a few hours at least each day), I realized that it seems to increase my metabolism rate (perspire more and need to drink more to replace fluid level) as well as keep my appetite under check (less hungry and easier to fight the craving for unhealthy and unnecessary snacks in between meals). I will try this out for a longer time and together with a balanced diet and exercise, I hope to shed more kilos in the long run (1kg down for now). 8)
