All our merchandise are in excellent condition for sale. Our prices are fixed priced in Singapore dollars unless stated.
Payment: For local buyer, Bank Funds Transfer (POSB)/Paypal/credit cards thru Paypal (subject to 3% surcharge) are preferred.
For Bank funds transfers, we will furnish you with our bank account number once sale is confirm.
For international buyer, we only accept payment via Paypal (subject to 3% surcharge) A Paypal invoice will be sent to you
via email to complete the transaction.
We will ship or post your item/s upon receipt of your payment on the next working day. Please note that if payment is not received within 3 working days from the order date, your order will be automatically be canceled.
Cancellation of Orders:
We will refund the amount paid if order/s is canceled due to the unavailability of goods. We will not entertain any cancellation once order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders:
An email or SMS will be sent to you as acknowledgment once payment is received.

Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final & goods sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable. We send all out items with care. All items are protected by tissue papers & bubble wraps/boxes to prevent scratches & getting smashed during handling before we send it out.
We do not exchange your items even if it has been broken, torn or stained incurred by mailing. (Insurance on the item/s are optional).
Please note that we take pride in our products and strive to serve you as best as we can. Therefore items are carefully checked & examined before we send it out. Items that we found any defects in them will not be sent and will contact you immediately.
If selected items are out of stock or limited in pieces, you can choose to exchange for another item/s of the similar or higher value. You only need to top-up the difference or a full refund via the payment method. Otherwise, we will not exchange your order for any other reasons.
We are not responsible for any lost mail by Singpost (international package will be sent via UPS & local package will be sent by registered mail). Therefore, we will not entertain any request for refund of lost mail/package.
Delivery / Postage of any returned / Exchanged items to KaReNNSToNe.webs.com will have to be absorbed by the customer/s. We will in turn bear the postage / delivery charges for sending back the new item using only Singpost / UPS.
All registered tracking numbers will be email to customer. Your order/s are personally drop off at the Singapore Post Office & pick up by UPS.
